On this episode of the Edge of Comfort Podcast I introduce my current adventure: Running Lake Michigan!
Starting early 2021 (aiming for January), I am running over 1,100 miles around the perimeter of Lake Michigan in 36 days to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Learn about the Why behind the run and details about the run itself. I also answer a few fan questions throughout the episode and at the end, including:
How are you going to handle extreme cold lake temperatures? And why do the run in January, not a little later?
What positive impact will this run around Lake Michigan have for a prospective, future job
What do you think you will say when you are describing how this run helped your “career”?
What will your calorie intake look like?
Are you on target with your training? What’s the main thing your coach is emphasizing relative to training?
and more!
Thank you for listening (or watching) and please reach out if you have any questions or leads on a RV / driver!
